The Problem
Delivery Leadership Solutions (DLS) embeds experienced delivery leaders in organizations whose projects have stalled or caught fire. Its team was very skilled at understanding client challenges; explaining their differentiation to buyers was harder.
When we started in March 2025, founder and CEO Adam Kamp wanted pipeline: how fast DLS could turn on a dependable one. But the firm described itself in project-management industry language, and Adam knew how they were showing up didn’t capture what DLS was all about. Plenty of buyers flinch at the word “PMO,” and some aren’t sure what it even means.
So the pipeline problem was actually a messaging problem: who DLS was for and what to say to them.
The Approach
We started with the story. In two working sessions that spring, Adam and I built the brand platform: purpose, values, voice and what makes DLS different. Adam rolled it out to his team in May 2025.
Then we named the buyers. The growth strategy set the ideal client (mid-market technology and professional services firms that need delivery clarity), wrote messages for three buyers (the VP of delivery, the CEO or COO and the PMO leader) and answered the objections each one raises.
Only then did we take it to market, one piece at a time: the website, the sales deck, a self-assessment and, in December 2025, a monthly content program with me as Fractional CMO. It’s the order I run as The Story System, followed by Fractional Advisory.
What We Built
- A brand platform with a purpose, values, voice and tone, and one core promise: “We solve delivery problems from the inside out.”
- A growth strategy with a messaging framework, three buyer personas, a qualification matrix and a 2026 go-to-market plan.
- A rewritten website (homepage, solutions and calls to action), still live word for word more than a year later.
- The Delivery Health Check, a self-assessment that scores delivery risk and points readers to the right offer.
- A presentation template and a new proposal deck.
- A monthly content engine: an article, a client story and about 10 founder posts on LinkedIn, plus a performance readout every month.

The Result
9x
Monthly LinkedIn impressions on the founders’ posts, Q4 2025 to Q1 2026
59%
More monthly website visits, Q4 2025 to Q1 2026
71%
Of the founders’ LinkedIn audience at senior, director, VP or C-suite level by April 2026
Adam went from two posts a month to 10. In March 2026, two of them passed 4,000 impressions each, and his posts reached 7,717 people that month, up from about 220 a month in late 2025. The people who reached the site stayed to read: the Delivery Health Check averaged nearly six minutes on the page in April.
The messaging stuck, too. Adam told his team to reuse it rather than rewrite it, and the website copy from June 2025 is still on the site.
