I’ve spent the past 20+ years helping organizations navigate growth, change and repositioning when the work is complex, the stakes are high and clarity matters most.

Across roles, industries and company stages, the pattern is consistent: when teams align around a clear narrative and pair it with pragmatic systems, momentum follows.

Today, I work as a strategic marketing advisor and fractional leader, partnering with founders and leadership teams at inflection points—when what got them here no longer matches where they want to go.

From enterprise scale to founder-led complexity.

I’ve built my career across global brands, agencies and consultancies where positioning and GTM discipline are nonnegotiable, as well as founder-led and mission-driven organizations navigating growth and transition.

My work spans brand strategy, messaging, content and GTM—often stepping into ambiguity to clarify direction and build systems teams can actually use.

At 8th Light, where I most recently served as VP of Growth, I led marketing and sales, built a cross-functional growth team and launched the company’s first integrated go-to-market strategy. The work required aligning leadership, redefining positioning and turning narrative clarity into repeatable execution.

Across roles, my contribution is rarely “more marketing.” It’s helping teams identify what matters, decide what to prioritize and build foundations that match how the business actually operates.
