Holidays on the Square was an annual holiday shopping crawl celebrating Logan Square’s vibrant local business community. I was invited to join the organizing team to support branding, promotional planning and digital storytelling—helping shape the event’s voice and visibility in the neighborhood.
Contributions & responsibilities
- Developed and refreshed visual website branding to better reflect the spirit of Logan Square
- Managed website updates, social content calendars and email communications
- Collaborated with dozens of participating small businesses to promote seasonal offerings
- Supported coordination of event-day materials and attendee engagement
Impact
- Strengthened community engagement through storytelling and cross-promotion
- Helped grow the event’s local presence until it was formally adopted by the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce
- Supported one of the neighborhood’s most recognized and longest-running local events
