What is this you may ask? Almost the most delicious pasta dish ever! How did I make it? I sautéed onions and garlic in olive oil in a pan. Then I added chopped up kale to the pan. In went some precooked pasta, basically to heat up. A little extra olive oil to keep everything from sticking. When everything seems cooked, into a bowl it goes, topped with cherry tomatoes, fresh chopped basil and a sprinkle of herb Parmesan cheese. Mmmmm! Delish!
