TMP Content Team.
At TMP, in less than a year, I was asked to take over the Content Team—a 20-person team of content marketers. In less than 12 months, I reorganized the offering, hired 90% of the team, instituting new processes, implementing a training and development plan and reorganizing the overall team structure.
Strategic Development
- Refocused company offering to become more data-dependent, strategically tactical initiatives. Overhauled client strategies to focus on solid, foundational implementations.
Process Development
- Instituted comprehensive processes and protocols across the department to guarantee delivery. Developed templates and protocols that addressed delivery and execution issues.
Team Training
- Implemented comprehensive training program that quickly ramped up entry-level employees. Provided hands-on training and mentorship to team members allowing them to shine.
