It’s the special all-kitty post. Nothin but kitties all day, all the time. I’m sure it’s pretty obvious, but I like kitties. I like my own kitty, my mom’s kitty, zoo kitties. I’m not picky. I like kitties. I also like exotic kitties, which after spotting LifestylePets.com, is why this post came into fruition.
Ashera: Now if I were ridiculously rich (and I may also have to be shallow in this scenario), I would buy an Ashera. Of course, I would have it sport a Tiffany & Co. diamond-encrusted collar and only wear my best outfits while walking it. Only the best for this starting at $22,000 breed. In all seriousness, this animal is gorgeous. This picture doesn’t do it justice at all. It’s a blending of two exotic feline bloodlines with a domestic breed. Intelligent and affectionate, you only have to wait nine months for delivery (four to five if you drop another $6,000).
Bengal: A distant relative of the Asian leopard cat, this sleek domestic loves companionship. They can be walked (which I always wanted to get Ethan to do, but to no avail. He’d just sit down and stare at me every time.), are great with children and come in a variety of colorings. I actually know someone who owns one of these. Read more info here.
Toyger: The newest breed on the block is genetically engineered to look like a toy tiger. Predicated evolution of the breed is depicted in the second picture. As it evolves, it will get more and more tiger distinctive features like rounder ears, furrier faces and a similar body structure, but still with a small domestic cat size. Check out more here.
Oh and as promised, here’s a picture of one of the white tiger twin brothers I saw at the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans two years ago. Isn’t he beautiful? Now that’s pretty gorgeous and someone’s cousin or sibling.
